My Story
Hey, I’m Jessica Laufer! I am 23 years old, born and raised in Miami, FL! My passion for fitness started when I was 16 years old. It’s been a bumpy ride but also a huge experience. I have learned so much in this process and achieved so many goals of mine.
When I first started to become conscious of my health I was uneducated. I under-ate and did TONS of cardio. I had no muscle and didn't look athletic at all. As years went on I started to do my own research on how to live a sustainable healthy life. I’ve invested so much time and money on myself(BEST INVESTMENT EVER). I fell in love with myself and the process. I realized the only reason why I’ve accomplished so much is because of my consistency.
For years I’ve been trying to get myself to start my own business and after trial and error and years of doubting myself, I’ve finally said “fu&$ it” and literally just DID IT. One month before this pandemic, I was driving to work Carrot Express(that I loved so much, but wasn’t my passion)and got a sudden rush- called in and QUIT. I knew if I didn’t do it that instant, I would never get the courage to do so. Fast forward 3 months later, I’m MY OWN BOSS doing what I LOVE the most!! Now in the process of getting my personal training certification, I have 5 consistent clients that work their ass off, and created a at home workout course! If I can give any advice- do what you love!! We live in a world that gets ugly at times, so if you have a gift (which everyone has) that could help even 1 person then the world would be a better place
This is what being consistent gets you. Over the years I have experimented with my body and what I’ve learned is that 1. Nothing good comes easy 2. Having your dream body is 80% what you eat and only 20% exercise.With a good combination of heavy training and the right nourishment it is very possible to reach that goal and 3. Carbs don’t make you fat! Carbs are my best friend and they give you the energy to do heavy lifting. Everyone starts somewhere so it’s never to late. Summer is right around the corner.
